Challenge

Super Coffee was brand new, just starting out and in their series C funding. They needed an intro to not just their market, but the world as well. To make matters even trickier, they were launching just as the COVID lockdown had reached its midpoint, and the world was a different, uncertain place.

Insight

We knew that connection was what mattered most at this point in time, and that we needed to help Super Coffee breakthrough on social by proving to their audience that they saw and understood them. There was an opportunity here for them to have more of a conversation with their audience than they would have at any other time.

Solution

We crafted a humorous video unique to the majority of people’s experience at the time: Constantly on Zoom. Once the video went viral, we watched the comments and turned this content into a series, using the suggestions and alternate jokes for the skit that people pitched in the comments. We immediately filmed those to show the Super Coffee audience that this brand was listening
